Purchased a new vessel, and need it delivered to your home pier or marina? Need to relocate for seasonal use or to avoid a storm? If it has a prop or a sail, we can move it!
Contact us for professional over-water delivery for power or sailing vessels less than 25 tons. Fees vary based on number of deck hands required, days underway expected, travel expenses, and fuel costs. We'll customize a proposal for your boat and timeline.
On-water boat delivery (as opposed to haul-out and transport by trailer overland) involves piloting a vessel from one port to another by a qualified, professional, insured, USCG Licensed Captain. This service is ideal for owners who lack the time, experience, or means to transport their vessel themselves. We also work with dealers and brokerages, transporting inventory to buyers or boat shows!
Understanding that a boat is not only a prized possession, but an investment—our experienced, passionate Captains will ensure a safe, professional delivery. We're more than a pair of hands on the helm. With expertise in navigation, electronics, and mechanical systems, we're prepared for all the "little things" that inevitably occur with a long distance journey by water. We'll perform a thorough inspection at the dock, including safety equipment, and keep you apprised of progress during the trip, giving immediate updates for any delays.
If you're a new boat operator and will be aboard during delivery, we can provide instruction as we go!
Fees are generally per day, based on the number of crew needed to safely operate and handle the vessel. Given the wide variety of boats and transportation scopes, we'll tailor a quote for your specific needs.
Besides Captain and crew fees, costs may include fuel, provisions, dockage, and transportation to/from the vessel. When practical on a multi-day delivery, we'll sleep aboard to keep costs down.
We do our best to anticipate all eventualities, so you'll have no surprise expenses! In case of mechanical failures, we'll inform you before purchasing parts, hiring technicians or towing services.

Almost anyone can operate a boat in calm seas, without a deadline, and no mechanical challenges. But those who spend time on the water know that surprises happen.
Storms spring up. Seas turn angry. Systems fail. Engines break down.
Ensuring the safety of boat and crew in adverse conditions requires another level of expertise and grit. We've been pounding the waves for decades, on a variety of vessels, in all manner of conditions. Our Captains stay frosty when things get nasty, and have only one goal—deliver vessel and crew, intact, to port.
